Expensive Oil (Part 3)

I don't understand why the media keep using the Caltex in Lindfield Av, Lindfield when reporting how expensive fuel is these days:

From the story 'Something funny' as petrol hits $1.48

I pass that place on the way to church and it is ALWAYS on average 10c more expensive than other outlets so you have to be pretty desperate (and I mean real desperate) to fill up there. Perhaps the media (Maybe Today Tonight/ACA and their foot-in-the-door reporting?) can run a story on WHY this particular servo is so expensive.

You can reduce your chances of getting those ads by...

1) Not using blogspot.

2) Not using the default blogger comments system (there are some other commenting systems out there, but you might not be able to get them to work with blogspot).

I love that petrol station. It has been standing there for ages with hardly anybody there most of the time, and I don't know why it stays in business.

I would've thought that they'd make more money by having average oil prices, and getting a lot more customers.

I suppose if you really desperate, you could fill up a few dollars and move on.

yeh it's quite funny they do mention it, i always perk up when they do, haha
anyway with the random commenting thing, i just put my comment settings to have this security thing. whenever someone comments they have to type the numbers shown before they submit - that will show they are a genuine person, not a bot
