From my point of view, I think in the first half, Australia's execution let them down (as always). Then in the second half, with the introduction of Cahill and Josh Kennedy (what a hippie), the Socceroos played much better. Oh, I'm sure the heat played a part as well. Looks like Guus Hiddink's fitness torture in the lead-up to the tournament paid off :)

Bring on Brazil @ Munich!

Was a nice finish, Fitness played a huge part in the last 15 minutes, as the Japanese got tired from defending.
