Serbia and Montenegro.
As you can see, there's no 'c' in the name. So why is it abbreviated to 'SCG' on TV?

Suggests (Serbian: Србија и Црна Гора/Srbija i Crna Gora, abbreviated as СЦГ/SCG)
I guess it fits part of the whole normal process for teams to be abbreviated based on their own national language. (Like Ivory Coast - Cote D'Ivoire: CIV)
